| 摘 要： | 在借鉴国内外先进的酒后驾车管理经验基础上,通过分析酒后驾车的心理原因,提出了基于驾驶员心理干预的酒后驾车防治措施,即以法律威慑、经济调节、道德约束为核心,通过影响驾驶员心理从而改变其行为的管理方法,旨在完善我国的酒后驾车管理,提高道路交通安全。 |
