摘    要:研究铝合金加筋板结构的极限强度,有利于充分发挥铝合金材料的强度潜力和结构的后屈曲承载能力。本文将广义切线模量理论应用于铝合金加筋板结构的轴压极限强度计算,并推导了适用于加筋板的协调参数、极限弯矩系数及结构系数等相关参数的解析算式,建立了铝合金加筋板结构的强度利用率函数,从而得到结构的极限强度,进一步完善了广义切线模量理论在加筋板结构极限强度研究领域的应用。通过将广义切线模量法计算结果与经验公式、有限元计算结果进行比较,验证了其适用性与可靠性,可用于工程分析计算。

Analysis Of the ultimate axial compressive strength of stiffened aluminium panels Based on the Generalized Tangent Modulus Theory

Abstract:In order to make full use of the potential of aluminium material strength and after-buckling capacity of the structure, the ultimate strength of stiffened aluminium panels were studied. In the paper, Generalized Tangent Modulus Theory was applied to calculate the compressive ultimate strength of stiffened aluminium panels; the associated perameters applicable to stiffened panels, such as coordinate parameter, ultimate bending moment coefficient and structural coefficient, were derived; and the strength utilization ratio function of stiffened aluminium panels was established, thus the ultimate strength of the structure can be computed. The study further improved the application of Generalized Tangent Modulus Theory in the research field of ultimate strength of stiffened panels. The applicability and reliability of the GTMT method was verified by empirical formula and finite element method and the GTMT method can be used in engineering calculation.
