| Abstract: | The paper converts the non-uniform time interval sequence into the uniform one respectively by two types of methods for linerarity interpolation and spline interpolation for 3 times,and applying MATLAB Language programming.It forecasts the settlements of soft soil foundation with the discrete grey forecast models. |
