| Abstract: | IP version 6 is the core protocol of the next generation network. , which solved the problems in IPv4 had and great progress had been made over IPv4. In this article the defects of IPv4 was analyzed and the characteristics of IPv6 and the transitional strategies from IPv4 to IPv6 was introduced. |
