船用调距桨液压系统修理工艺改进性研究

Research on improvement of repair technique for hydraulic pressure system on marine propeller

This paper researches how to improve the performance of the hydraulic pressure system for variable propeller on some ships, including antifraying performance of the shaft sealing of the oil distributor and the operational performance of the torque convener. The problems are found based on analysis to the structure and the operating principle of the oil distributor and the hydraulic control lock valve. Then an improvement solution is put forward and its process steps are introduced in detail. The solution is confirmed to be valid by test sailing.
