摘    要:通过分析、研究京秦客运通道提速改造工程中分相绝缘器更换施工的过程,对器件式分相绝缘器更换为空气绝缘分相装置的施工方案进行了探讨,提供了合理的施工方案及详细的施工步骤.施工不影响铁路的正常运营;改造后,满足了电力机车高速过分相的要求,确保了施工质量和安全.

Abstract:Through the analysis, study of the construction process that the split-phase insulators were replaced in the project of transformation with raised speed for Beijing-Qinhuangdao passenger transport passage, this article investigated the construction plan of the component type split-phase insulators replacement for the air insulation neutral sections, provided the reasonable construction plan and the detailed construction steps. During the construction, guaranteed the normal operation of the electrified track. After the transformation, satisfied the requirement of electric power locomotive with high speed and super neutral section, and guaranteed the quality and safety of the construction.
