大跨连续梁桥单墩顶升工艺设计与过程监控

摘    要:以一大跨连续梁桥为例,介绍了单墩顶升更换支座的施工工艺及顶升过程的监测控制.根据施工现场实际情况选择了合适的千斤顶群、专门设计了临时支撑、编制了科学的施工工艺辅以监控措施作为技术保障;采用有限元仿真技术建立了该桥施工阶段仿真模型及临时支撑模型作为施工理论指导,以梁体混凝土不出现拉应力为目标函数控制梁体顶升高度.实践证明:基于信息化平台的更换支座施工工艺安全是有保障的,具有广泛的工程应用价值,对同类工程具有借鉴作用.
