混凝土搅拌输送车拌筒驱动阻力矩和驱动功率的计算

摘    要:混凝土搅拌输送车的设计计算中,混凝土的几何形状复杂,拌筒阻力矩的计算困难,从而影响了驱动功率的计算与确定.针对上述问题列举、比较了国内两种搅拌阻力矩的算法,同时根据实验数据,进行曲线拟合,得出了驱动阻力矩的简便计算公式,进而计算驱动功率.

Abstract:During the design of cement concrete transfer pump truck, the calculation of drag torque is difficult due to the complex shapes of concrete, which influences the calculation and determination of driving power. This paper gives and compares two of calculation methods, and obtains a simple formula through fitting the experimental data.
