摘 要: | 针对LNG船围护系统安装平台小型模块化建造过程中因模块数量多造成的场地资源占用多,模块搭载效率慢,吊车资源浪费等问题,以某型LNG动力船为例,将整舱围护系统安装平台作为单一模块建造并进行整体安装,分析解决制约整体安装的吊装工艺、吊环、吊装强度等因素,实船上实施验证表明,整体安装技术和分析方法可行,提供一种缩短LNG船围护系统建造周期的方法。

Abstract: | In view of the problems caused by the large number of modules in the small modular construction process of LNG scaffold installation platform,such as excessive occupation of site resources,slow module loading efficiency and waste of crane resources,etc.,taking a LNG powered ship as an example,the whole scaffold installation platform was built as a single module and erected integrally.The factors restricting the integrated installation,such as lifting process,lug and strength of hoisting were analyzed.The on-board validation showed that the integrated installation technology and analysis method are feasible,providing a method to shorten the construction cycle of the LNG ship envelope system. |
