海洋平台稳性计算分析

摘    要:以自升式钻井平台和在建的FPSO项目稳性计算分析为例,从风模型的建立、风载荷计算及风向角的角度进行FPSO稳性计算,综合考虑不同规范的要求,确定平台完整稳性和破舱稳性衡准,定义开口、破损范围及渗透率等参数,并利用NAPA软件对海洋平台进行配载,计算平台在各种工况下的稳性,明确稳性计算方法的正确性。

Abstract:The jack-up drilling platform and FPSO project under construction were taken as examples to make comparative analysis on key issues in calculation of the intact and damage stability for FPSO,such as the establishment of wind model,calculation of wind force and definition of wind direction angle and so on.By investigating different rules,the intact and damage stability criteria was determined,and the parameters such as opening damage range and permeability were defined.The NAPA software was used to carry out the loading,and the stability of the platform under different working conditions was calculated to verify the correctness of the stability calculation method.
