Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of FPSO domestic water network system,such as long water delivery distance,many pipe bends and frequent valve opening and closing,it is easy to cause pipeline water hammer phenomenon and increase the risk of safe operation of pipe network system.Taking a FPSO domestic water system as the research object,combined with the characteristics of domestic water pipe network system and the mechanism of water hammer phenomenon,the influencing factors of water hammer were analyzed by using dynamic fluid analysis software AFT-Impulse.The main controlling factors of water hammer phenomenon were clarified.The model of FPSO life water system was established.Based on the influence of main control factors,the steady state analysis and transient analysis of multi-mode and multi-scene were carried out,and the optimal scheme of water hammer protection of FPSO life water system was put forward.
