超声回弹融合法测定混凝土强度的试验研究

摘    要:文中对C20、C30、C40三个不同强度等级的混凝土试样分别利用压力试验机、回弹仪和非金属超声波检测分析仪进行了抗压强度值、回弹值和声速值的检测,并应用超声回弹数据融合方法对得到的试验数据进行处理,得到混凝土强度推定值,并将该值与试块抗压强度值和传统的超声回弹综合法推定值进行了比较分析。结果表明,超声回弹数据融合方法与传统的超声回弹综合法相比,进一步提高了检测精度,比较符合工程实际情况。

Abstract:Compression strength, rebound value and velocity value of different concrete strength were tested by corn-pression testing machine, rebound tester and ultrasonic detector. The ultrasonic-rebound and data fusion method was used to process the data in evaluating the strength of concrete. The results were compared with the tested strength obtained using compression testing machine and the evaluated strength using ultrasonic-rebound synthetic method. It shows that the ultrasonic-rebound and data fusion method can improve the precision compared with the ultrasonic-rebound method and it is suitable for the actual situation. synthetic
