| 摘 要： | 集聚与经济增长是近年学术研究的一个重要问题。本文利用两位数水平的中国制造业行业数据，运用基于DEA的Malmquist生产率指数，实证考察了制造业区域集聚与全要素生产率增长之间的关系。无论是数据层面的分析还是经验层面的检验均表明，制造业区域集聚的全要素生产率提高效应明显可鉴。在此基础上的效应发挥机理与路径的研究表明，制造业区域集聚主要通过技术进步而非技术效率改善来促进生产率的增长。

| Abstract: | Agglomeration and economic growth have become an important topic recently. Based on DEA,this paper examines the role played by Chinese industrial agglomeration in total factor productivity growth using two-digit mannfacturing data. We find that industrial concentration is statistically significant and quantitatively important. Moreover,industrial agglomeration affects productivity growth through development of technology rather than the improvement of non-technical efficiency. |
