山区河流船闸设计最高通航水位研究

摘    要:鉴于山区河流的水文特点,采用洪水频率法确定的船闸设计最高通航水位很难满足上下游引航道口门区通航水流条件的要求,研究探讨了采用高水通航历时保证率法确定船闸设计最高通航水位的可行性和合理性,并对嘉陵江IV 级船闸水位选用标准提出了高水通航历时保证率99% 的建议值。

Abstract:In view of the hydrographic feature of mountainous rivers, the shiplock designed highest navigable stage determined by flood frequency standard is hard to meet the demands of navigation flow condition in the entrance area of upper and lower approaches. This paper discusses the feasibility and rationality of the method that to determine the shiplock designed highest navigable stage by the assurance factor of navigation duration at high water, and puts forward the suggested value of 99% for the assurance factor of navigation duration at high water for the class IV shiplock in Jialing River.
