| 摘 要： | 文中首先对法律语篇信息进行了定义和分类,介绍了法律语篇信息处理的方法、策略和手段,然后从三个角度对控辩双方对何事实信息处理进行分析,可以看出控辩双方在处理的时候有很多差异,差异产生的原因主要是控辩双方都对诉讼抱有胜诉的目的.

| Abstract: | This paper defines and clarifies the information of legal texts firstly,introduces the methods,strategies and instruments for dealing with the information of legal texts,and then analyzes the information processing of WT of both the plaintiff and the defendant from 3 perspectives,from which we can see there are many differences.And the reason is that both the plaintiff and the defendant are willing to win a lawsuit. |
