| 摘 要： | 文章对学习型党建理论研究进行了分类:马克思主义政党理论、政党政治理论、学习型组织理论和学习型社会理论.通过学习型党建这一法宝,笔者发现了进一步完善二级院(系)的党政合作机制体系:联签机制、公开机制、分工机制、交叉机制、监督机制和亲和机制等六大机制体系.
