摘    要:本研究采用职务分析中的人员取向问卷方法,对2 76名海员和航运管理人员进行了问卷调查。因素分析表明,船长胜任力由5个因素组成:职业品德、职业知识、职业技术能力、社会认知能力和体质体能。每个分量表由若干项目组成(如决策能力、指挥能力等) ,共33个项目,各分量表的信度系数(Cronbachα)在0 .7172 - 0 .85 71之间,全量表的系数为0 .92 93。并用心理图示法呈现船长胜任力特征曲线。研究结果表明,本量表具有较高的信度和效度,符合心理测量学要求,为建构船长胜任力模型提供理论基础。

Abstract:The worker-oriented questionnaire method in job analysis was used to survey 276 seafarers and sea-transport managers. Factor analysis showed that masters' competence consisted of five factors: job morality, job knowledge, job skills, social cognitive ability and constitution. The scale has a total of 33 items, and each subscale contains several items (e.g.: decision-making ability, commanding ability etc). Each subscale's alpha coefficients ranges from 0.717 2 to 0.857 1,the whole scale's alpha coefficients is 0.929 3. The characteristics curve of the masters' competence is showed by psychological graphing. The result indicated that this questionnaire has good reliability and validity,it meets the requirement of psychometrics and provides a theoretical base to construct the masters' competence model.
