大截面增强纤维混凝土转换托梁施工技术

摘    要:
南京铁路新客站横跨南京地铁Ⅰ号线南京站站南区 8~ 13轴上方 ,二者同步施工。地铁上方铁路站房的主要荷载由转换托梁传递至桩基承载。转换托梁的最大截面为 3 0 0 0mm× 3 0 0 0mm ,含钢量大 ,混凝土浇筑困难 ,且有站房直径 12 0 0mm的钢管柱安装于托梁内 ,介绍大截面转换托梁与钢管柱安装综合施工技术

Abstract:
Nanjing New Railway Passenger Station lies just above the metro station of Nanjing Metro Line #1, and the two stations were in synchronous construction. Primary load of the railway station was transmitted through conversion jacking joist to pile foundation. The max. cross section of conversion jacking joist is 3 000 mm×3 000 mm, and it contains large volume of steel that causes much difficulty for concrete pouring. Besides, the steel tubular column ( 1 200 mm) of the railway station was installed inside the jacking joist. An introduction is given to comprehensive construction technology for large cross sectional conversion jacking joist and steel tubular column.
