45Cr4NiMoV轧辊堆焊焊条堆焊工艺及性能研究

摘    要:研究了一种用于45Cr4NiMoV钢轧辊修复的耐磨堆焊焊条.工艺试验表明,采用打底焊过渡层的方法可有效防止堆焊时出现裂纹.金相显微分析表明,研制的轧辊堆焊焊条的堆焊合金组织是马氏体基体和少量碳化物.性能测试结果表明,堆焊层的平均硬度在HRC52左右,满足45Cr4NiMoV轧辊材料的硬度要求,耐磨性远远大于45Cr4NiMoV轧辊材料。是其耐磨性的127.5倍,可用于轧辊的修复堆焊.

Abstract:A wear-resistance surfacing rod applied for 45Cr4NiMoV roller repair is developed. Processing tests show that the method of rendering welding transition layer can efficiently prevent from arising of cracks. Microstructure analysis indicates that microstructure of surfacing metal is martensite matrix with a few carbides. The results of property testing show that average hardness of surfacing layer is about 52 HRC and fulfils hardness requirement of 45Cr4NiMoV roller material, wear-resistance ability is 127. 5 times of 45Cr4NiMoV roller material, which demonstrate that it can be used to roller repair surfacing.
