钢箱—混凝土组合梁抗剪性能试验研究

摘    要:新型钢箱-混凝土组合梁通过在钢箱截面受压区灌注混凝土,改善了梁的受力性能。通过6个钢箱-混凝土简支梁在集中力作用下受剪破坏试验,研究钢箱-混凝土组合梁的抗剪性能。试验结果表明,钢箱受压区充填混凝土后,腹板没有明显局部屈曲,试验梁的受剪破坏由没有充填混凝土的下箱室腹板屈曲引起。推导出钢箱-混凝土梁抗剪强度计算公式,计算结果与试验结果较为接近。

Abstract:By filling concrete into the compressive area of a steel box cross section,the mechanical property of the new type of the concretefilled steel box composite beam can be improved.In this paper,based on the shearing failure tests for six pieces of the simply-supported concrete-filled steel box composite beams subjected to concentrated loads,the shearing behavior of the beams is studied.The results of the tests show that after the compressive areas of the steel boxes of the beams are filled with concrete,the webs in the areas do not obviously locally buckle while it is found that the shearing failure of some of the tested beams is caused by the buckling of the webs of the lower part boxes not filled with concrete.The formulae for calculating the shearing strength of the composite beams are also derived and the results of calculation of the beams by the formulae agree fairly well with those of the tests.
