地铁浅埋群洞施工工序与关键技术

摘    要:广州地铁2号线越秀公园站车站中部为暗挖分离式、假岛武站台,两端为明挖3层结构,站厅层和站台层采用斜通道相接,结构型式独特.利用明挖段作为暗挖的施工作业面,施工的转换复杂、工序多.暗挖隧道为浅埋、大跨、动载以及在软弱地层条件下修建的群洞,施工来件困难.提出了群洞施工的合理工序.施工的关键技术是减小对夹持土体的扰动以及对土体的加固,可采取拱部长管棚超前支护、中间土体进行注浆加固、设置锁脚锚杆或加大拱脚喷混凝土厚度等方法.

Abstract:In the construction of Yuexiu Park Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 2,the separate subsurface excavation technique is adopted,the middle platform takes a false island structure with both ends open cut,and the station hall is accessible to the platform layer through an inclined path.Because of the complicated working procedure,this paper argues that the key technology in the subsurface excavation is to avoid disturbing the tunnel body and to strengthen the platform layer by using pipe shed support and advance support.
