基于模糊评判的船舶能耗评估

摘    要:分析国内外船舶能耗评估的发展现状,采用模糊评判的数学建模方法对船舶能耗进行评估.通过专家调查法对初步建立的一级模糊评判中六大指标体系采用权重分析法确定其权重向量,同时采用同种方法确定二级指标的权重向量.再通过模糊评判对某船型进行能耗评估.通过分析得出,模糊评判适用于船舶能耗的综合评价,并对今后进行船舶能耗评判具有指导意义.
