摘    要:创造性思维是科技发明成果快速产出和高质产出的重要支撑。科技发明成果作为一种新的资本形态,在促进社会经济发展的过程中显示出巨大的能动作用。积极探索科技发明的诱导机制,以求最大限度地调动科技发明的潜在因素,在多层面营造科技发明的顺势状态中诱导新成果的快速产出和高质产出,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Abstract:Creative thinking is an important support for rapid and high quality technological inventions. As a new type of capital, technological inventions play an active role in boosting social economy. It is theoretically and practically significant to explore the guidance mechanism of technological inventions so as to bring the potential factors for technological inventions into full play, and to develop a multi-layer positive environment for rapid and high quality inventions to be made.
