压力传感器自动检定系统设计

针对压力传感器检定过程中实验数据量大,处理流程复杂,容易产生人为误差这一现象,建立了一套压力传感器自动检定系统.介绍了该系统的工作原理、系统组成和基于Labwindows/CVI的自动检定软件设计方法.该系统实现了压力传感器检定过程中的测试数据自动采集和记录、检定数据自动处理、结果打印等功能.压力传感器自动检定系统与传统的检定方法相比,不但提高了检定效率,减少了人为误差,而且对检定系统的准确度和稳定性也有了提高,同时使整个检定系统更加系统化、规范化.
