| 摘 要： | 交通信息管理系统是交通管理部门用于对内部信息进行处理的计算机应用系统。在分析交通管理部门信息管理现状的基础上,设计一个基于角色的分层次访问控制为访问模型的交通管理信息系统,具有较强的现实意义。
