沥青混凝土路面就地冷再生施工实践

摘    要:某大修工程中,采用就地冷再生工艺对老路面进行处理后,路面强度的均匀性得到了改善,这样对上部补强水泥稳定碎石基层结构受力非常有利,避免了局部在交通荷载作用下产生应力集中问题,更节约材料,减少造价,而且施工方便,缩短了工期。经试验检测,冷再生路段各项指标均达到设计要求。

Abstract:In an overhaul project,the cold in-place recycling technique is used to dispose the old pavement,after that the uniformity of pavement strength is improved.It's very advantageous to the force of superstructure of cement-stabilized macadam base.It also avoids the local stress concentration caused by traffic load,saves materials,educes cost,makes convenient construction and shortens construction period.The test results show that all the indexes of cold recycling section achieve the design demand.
