商用汽车双转向前轴限位装置调整研究

摘    要:针对目前商用汽车双转向前轴限位装置调整不便的问题,建立整车转向数学模型、三维模型等,计算出转化后的具体参数值,提出最简化的调整方式。试验表明,该调整方式是正确的。

Abstract:In connection with the problem of inconvenient adjustment of commercial vehicle double steering front axes caging device,overall steering mathematical model and three-dimensional model are built,specific parameter values after conversion is calculated and best simplified adjustment method is proposed.Experiment shows that the adjustment method is correct.
