| 摘 要： | 近年来,各级政府和交通主管部门相继出台了一系列高速公路免费通行政策,但也出现了一些逃费现象,造成高速公路通行费大量流失。通过分析免费政策给高速公路运营管理带来的问题,提出相应对策,对实践具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years,all levels of government and transportation authorities have issued a series of free passing policies on expressway,but the phenomenon of premium evasion also appeared,which makes huge drain of expressway toll.By means of analyzing the problems bringed to operations management by free policy,the corresponding solutions are proposed,which has some guiding significance for practice. |
