基于模糊综合评价的城市道路交通拥堵评价研究

摘    要:基于智能运行平台的海量数据,选取三个评价指标,运用模糊综合评价模型,建立一套系统的交通拥堵评价体系,并应用于天河核心区交通治堵方案中。结果表明,该评价体系能较好地反映方案的实施效果。

Abstract:Based on the massive data of intelligent movement platform,a set of systematic traffic congestion evaluation system was established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model after three evaluation indexes were selected,and it was used to evaluate the traffic improvement planning in Tianhe District.The result shows that this indexes system can reflect the effect of implementation of the program.
