| 摘 要： | 当汽车转向长时间处于极限位置时，转向限位螺栓受较大负荷，很容易造成磨损、开裂、弯曲脱落，给驾驶带来很大的危险性。本文从设计理论的角度对市场反馈的某轻型卡车转向限位螺栓出现脱落、开裂和弯曲的原因进行分析，最终通过优化整改彻底解决此问题。

| Abstract: | When the car turned to for a long time in the limit position, to limit bolt by large load, it is easy to wear, cracking, bending loss to the dangers of driving is huge. In this paper, from the Angle of the design theory of market feedback a light-duty truck appeared to limit bolt falls off, the reason of cracking and bending is analyzed, finally through optimizing rectification thoroughly solve the problem. |
