摘 要: | 车辆自诊断技术是诊断发动机故障的重要手段,然而对于发动机的机械故障和无故障信息存储的电气故障的诊断,自诊断技术则无能为力。尾气检测与分析技术为发动机多种疑难故障的诊断提供了有效途径。本文主要阐述了基于尾气检测与分析技术的发动机故障诊断的技术要点,诊断规律的试验研究及应用,旨在提高发动机故障诊断的有效性。

Abstract: | The vehicle self diagnosis technology is an important means of engine fault diagnosis, however for mechanical fault of engine and electrical failure no fault code in the diagnostic, self diagnosis technology is incapable of action. Provides an effective way for exhaust gas detection and analysis technology for the diagnosis of difficult faults of various engine. This paper mainly introduces the keys of fault diagnosis of engine based on the exhaust gas detection and analysis technology, test of diagnosis and study of diagnosis rules, application of diagnosis rules, aims to improve the effectiveness of the engine fault diagnosis. |
