变速器离合器分离形式的改进设计

摘    要:目前大部分重卡变速箱离合器分离装置在对分离轴承进行拆装时,需要将分离拨叉和分离拨叉支架等相关零部件先行拆下,本文对现有的离合器分离形式进行了设计改进。经试验证明,改进后的结构能够在不对拨叉和支架进行拆除的情况下,对分离轴承进行安装和拆除。该结构改变了以往由于分离轴承安装和拆除给车辆和用户带来的诸多不便,产生了较好的使用效果和经济效益。

Abstract:At present, most of the heavy truck gearbox clutch device in disassembling and assembling the separation bearing, need to separate the shifting fork and the fork frame and other related parts to remove, this paper improves the design of the clutch is separated form the existing. Proved by the experiment, the improved structure can be removed in the wrong fork and frame, on the separation bearing installation and removal of. The structure changes the separation bearing installation and removal of inconvenience to the vehicles and users, the better usage effect and economic benefit.
