钢管拱桥拱肋安设与控制

摘    要:某钢管混凝土拱桥主拱肋架设采用临时支墩配合吊装法,即将厂内加工完毕的制作节段拼装成吊装节段后,采用两台大吨位吊车“双机抬吊”将钢管拱肋准确起吊至临时支墩顶面位置,完成拱肋架设。介绍了临时支墩和拱肋的安设工艺,并对线形控制措施进行了说明,为今后类似施工提供了借鉴经验。

Abstract:The fact that the main arch of a certain concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge is lifted into place with the help of temporary lifting piers is introduced in the paper,that is,the plant-finished segments are first assembled into lifting segments,which are then accurately lifted and put in place on the top position of the temporary buttresses so as to complete the arch erection.The installing processes of the temporary pier and the arch are presented in detail,with the linear control measures described.T...
