| 摘 要： | 为明确交通瓶颈对城市出入口的影响并制定改善措施，以昆明市东三环北出入口的交通瓶颈为研究对象，进行交通流量调查，并加以分析。以各交通瓶颈的交通流量分析为线索，对其规划通行能力与现有通行能力作比较，提出各交通瓶颈的改善方案。

| Abstract: | Aiming to well define the effect of traffic bottleneck at the entrance of city, the essay will take the entrance of Kunming northeast for study, analyzing each traffic bottleneck＇s traffic volume, comparing its planning traffic capacity and current capacity, to put forward the improve programme for traffic bottleneck. |
