一种基于指数分布的装备剩余寿命预测模型研究

文章提出并建立了一种基于指数分布的装备剩余寿命预测模型(即针对可检测的连续退化过程的一般决策模型),介绍了建模的方法及应用实例。较之其它模型,该模型具有简便实用的基本特点,对因逐步耗损而产生故障的装备部件维修决策具有重要的实用价值。

An exponential distribution based model for equipment remaining life prediction

This article proposed and established an exponontial distribution-based model for equipment remai- ning life prediction. The model is a general decision model for detectable continuous degradation process. The modeling method and application example are introduced. Compared with other models, this model has the basic characteristics of simplicity and practicality. It has important valure for maintenance decision of equipment parts fault caused by gradual loss.
