铺管船托管架设计与强度校核

摘    要:托管架布置和强度是铺管船详细设计中必须考虑的关键技术问题。文章以某铺管船为例,采用通用有限元软件MSC.Patran对管道在铺设过程中的结构进行了有限元建模,对该铺管船托管架的进行了总布置设计并进行了强度校核,并对主船体和托管架局部结构进行了数值模拟,所得数据对同类型铺管船船设计和制造具有指导意义。

Abstract:The stinger check in terms of its intensity is key to the techniques for pipe-laying vessels in the detailed design stage.Based on the case study,the paper applies the finite element software MSC.Patran to the modeling of structure while laying pipes and carries out the numerical simulation with its results serving as a guide to the design and manufacture of the same vessels.
