砂相对含泥量检测方法的分析研究

摘    要:含泥量是砂浆用砂、混凝土用砂、沥青混凝土用砂常规性能指标,也是较为重要的性能指标。基于对砂含泥量长期试验检测经验及试验分析研究,对含泥量不同的检测方法进行对比,分析其各自的不足,并提出新的砂含泥量试验检测方法。研究结果表明:亚甲蓝MB值法存在大量假设前提条件,实际检测结果定性、定量价值均不高;筛分法含泥量(标准法)虽也有假设前提,但具有一定参考意义。研究成果中,砂流动度比法可以比较直观地判断相对含泥量;相对含泥量法基于亚甲蓝的吸附原理,可以十分准确地判断相对含泥量,实际指导意义显著,可推广并经进一步确认,定义为标准试验。

Analysis and Research on the Detection Method of Relative Clay Content of Sand
Abstract:Clay content is a conventional and important performance index for sand in mortar, concrete and asphalt concrete.Based on the long-term testing experience and experimental analysis of sand clay content, different testing methods for sand clay content were compared in this paper, their shortcomings were analyzed and a new testing method for sand clay content was put forward. The research's results show that methylene blue MB value method has a lot of assumptions, and the actual detection results have low qualitative and quantitative value. Although the sieving method (standard test) has some assumptions, it has some reference significance. The sand fluidity ratio method in the research results can intuitively judge the relative clay content. Based on the adsorption principle of methylene blue, the relative clay content method can be accurately judged, which has significant practical guiding significance. It can be promoted and further confirmed, and defined as the standard test.
