铁路建设近接风力发电机组的防护措施研究

摘    要:针对西南山区某普速铁路工程近接大型风力发电机组实例,对适用规范及条款进行分析,明确防护原则;对风机破坏工况及水平撞击力进行模拟估算,有针对性地提出拉索、挡墙、刺丝滚轮及橡胶缓冲层的综合防护方案,通过力学性能检算,该挡护措施结构尺寸合理,受到撞击后不会发生滑移破坏,能够有效地将风机叶片挡在防撞墙外侧。

Study on the Protective Measures of Railway Construction Adjacent to Wind Turbine Generator System
Abstract:Taking a common speed railway project adjacent to wind turbine generator system in the southwestern mountainous area as an example, the applicable specifications and clauses are analyzed and the protection principle is defined. The failure condition and horizontal impact of the fan are simulated and estimated, This paper accordingly puts forward the comprehensive protection scheme of cable, retaining wall, barbed roller and rubber buffer layer. Through the calculation of mechanical properties, the structure and size of the retaining wall are reasonable. It won't slip after being hit, which can effectively keep the blade on the outside of the crash barrier.
