摘    要:通过对突发阻碍盾构掘进的地下深埋大直径长距离废弃燃气钢管清除技术进行研究,采用管周套环全长洗切减阻和管端拖拔同步置换等技术,在复杂施工环境中,整体拔除严重影响盾构掘进的埋深22 m、长600 m废弃DN600高压燃气钢管,并确保地面环境沉降和地下邻近运营DN800高压燃气管、DN350燃油管等重要建构筑物均安全可控。该技术推广应用于另一邻近工程地下深埋废弃DN300燃气钢管的拔除,应用效果良好,对类似工程建设过程中地下管道障碍处理和管道迁改敷设等,具有重要借鉴价值和参考意义。

Research on Trenchless Removal Technology for Deep Buried Pipelines in Complex Environment
Abstract:Through the research on the technology of removing large-diameter and long-distance underground waste gas steel pipes which suddenly hinder the shield tunneling, the discarded DN600 high-pressure gas steel pipe with 22 m buried depth and 600 m long that seriously affects the shield tunneling, and it's removed in a complex construction environment by the technology of full-length wash-cut and drag-pull-out and synchronous replacement of pipe ends. It's ensured that the ground environmental settlement and important structures such as DN800 high-pressure gas pipe and DN350 fuel pipe operating adjacent to the ground are safe and controllable. This technology has also been applied to the removal of underground buried waste DN300 gas steel pipes in another adjacent project and show good application effect, which has important reference value and significance for treatment of underground pipeline obstacles, pipeline relocation and laying in the process of similar project construction.
