| 摘 要： | 21世纪是海洋的世纪。广东是我国第一海洋大省，建设海洋强省和文化强省是广东十二五发展规划的重要战略目标。十二五规划实现的关键靠人才，人才是第一资源。广东高校党建必须与时俱进，创新党建内容与形式，普及海洋文化，强化海洋意识，构建科学海洋观，输送爱党爱国爱海洋的高素质人才，加快推进广东海洋强省和海洋经济综合试验区建设。

| Abstract: | The 21st Century is a century of oceans. Guangdong is the largest marine province. The construction of marine and cultural province is an important strategic goal of Guangdong twelfth five - year plan. The key to achieve it is talented persons, talents are the first resource. The party building in Guangdong Colleges must keep pace with the times, innovate the content and form of building, popularize marine culture, strengthen ocean consciousness, construct scientific ocean view, cultivate high -qualified persons who love the party, the country and seas, accelerating the construction of Guangdong marine province and comprehensive experimental zone of marine economy. |
