摘    要:全面调查和分析兰州石化公司连续重整装置预处理系统开工之初发生严重腐蚀的情况,发现腐蚀的主要原因是原料中含有有机硫与有机氯,在加氢过程中,反应生成H2S,HCl和NH3,冷凝时溶解于水,形成强烈的电化学腐蚀环境,发生NH4Cl垢下腐蚀、湿H2S腐蚀、HCl H2S NH3 H2O腐蚀,以及相互之间的耦合造成设备快速严重腐蚀。

Abstract:Comprehensively researched and analyzed in this paper was the cause for the serious corrosion which occurred in the early period of the work in the pretreatment system of the continuous catalytic reformer unit in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.We arrive at a conclusion that the corrosion is caused by the sulphide and chloride in the materials used.In the course of hydrogenation,the sulphide and chloride contained in the materials will react with hydrogen and be transformed to H_2S,HCl and NH_3,and then they will dissolve into water and form an electrochemical corrosion condition.As a result,the equipment will be hard corroded by NH_4Cl,H_2S,HCl H_2S NH_3 H_2O and the coordinated actions of them.
