| 摘 要： | 作战指挥效能评估一直是学术界研究的经典课题之一，针对作战指挥效能评价指标的影响因素的特点，将大类指标中与人关联程度大的指标因素采用专家评估方法，同时将与人关联程度小的指标因素采用模糊评估方法，结合一个案例，提出一种专家评价和模糊综合评判相结合的混合评估方法。结果表明：这种基于评价指标特点的混合评价方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Effectiveness evaluation of operation command has always been one of the classical projects which the academic circles study.According to the influenced factors' characteristic on evaluated index of operation command efficiency,this paper adopts Expert method to evaluate index associated more with person,at the same time evaluates the index associated less with person by making use of fuzzy integrated evaluation method.Then the paper presents a hybrid evaluated model based on combination between expert method and fuzzy integrated method in the operation command efficiency with an example.As a result,it is feasible that this hybrid evaluated method based on characteristic of evaluated index. |
