城市高架道路紧急救助基础设施设置研究

摘    要:城市高架道路由于封闭性强、离地面较高,使得紧急救助及疏散难度大,防灾抗灾能力差,因此有必要设置高架道路的紧急救助系统。针对紧急救助系统在城市高架道路中的重要作用,提出在高架道路上修建港湾式紧急停车带及附属救助步行楼梯通道的原则、方法,以实现事故、灾害环境下高架道路的紧急救助与快速疏散。重点对港湾式紧急停车带的位置、尺寸以及紧急疏散通道的设置方法进行了分析,并给出推荐设计值及设计样例,供相关技术人员参考。

Abstract:City viaduct is enclosed and higher from the ground,making the difficulty of emergency assistance and evacuation,and its disaster prevention is poor. So,it is necessary for viaduct to set an emergency alarm system. The emergency system is important for city viaduct to rescue and evacuate people in traffic accident and environmental disasters from city viaduct rapidly. The principle and measures of setting emergency parking place and its relevant emergency rescue and evacuation routes need to be researched. Based on the analysis of emergency parking place's location,size and the setting method ofemergency evacuation route,the design values of these aspects and some design sample were given.
