| 摘 要： | 分析影响了望的因素,如气象、照度、望远镜的使用等,提出注意扩大了望视野,在能见度不良时要保持正规了望的预防对策,发挥现代化仪器优势,运用AIS技术提高VTS对船舶及助航标志的监控能力,提高了望效果。
