铁路客运专线提运架施工设备优化研究

摘    要:在客运专线建设中,影响客运专线工期的重要因素就是关键设备的施工组织。通过对在建客运专线的调研,统计了客运专线的路基、桥梁、隧道等长度及比例,同时对在建客运专线的提运架设备投入情况进行了统计分析,并实地测量了运架作业时间,最后提出了客运专线提运架施工设备优化方案。

Abstract:At present, the large-scale construction period has coming to the railway passenger dedicated line in an unprecedented way. In its construction, equipment plays a more and more important role, which is a decisive factor ensuring construction projects to be high speed, high quality with a low cost, consequently, a decisive factor ensuring the success of the construction projects. From the points of hoisting beam machine, beam carrier and bridge girder erection machine, this paper researched on the key construction equipment of railway passenger dedicated line. Firstly, through on-site research, the general situation of the railway passenger dedicated line was analyzed. Secondly, the input of beam machine, beam carrier and bridge girder erection machine was elaborated. Finally, on the basis of the analysis, the reasonable demanding quantity of hoisting beam machine, beam carrier and bridge girder erection machine of the railway passenger dedicated line was researched and put forward.
