| 摘 要： | 本文应用有限元方法对压电式传感器内外环弹性变形膜片的等刚度问题进行了分析与计算,应用本文研究结果所设计的传感器表明:只有等刚度,才能保证承载面的平移,克服不等刚度带来的一系列缺点,从而大大提高传感器的精度与寿命.

| Abstract: | The finite element method is used to calculate the equi-rigidity of piezoresistive sensor's elastic membrane,and the calculational method is given.Only when the rigidity of the elastic membranes of outside annulus is equal to that of inside annulus,the bearing force surface can be ensured to make translational motion,and the defects caused by unequi-rigidity of elastic membrane can be overcome.Therefore,the sensor's precision can be improved and its life can be proloned. |
