| 摘 要： | 在分析、比较波纹管的几种成形工艺和对该波纹管进行结构工艺性分析的基础上,设计了一套试验模具。该模具采用分层分瓣凹模,并引入轴向加压工艺,改善了成形条件,并用它成功地制造了波纹管,得到了有关成形工艺参数。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and comparison on the moulding technique and structures technology of bellow, a full set of test dies is designed. The tandem die is adopted and the axial pressurization technique is emploged in this die, thus the conditions of bellow moulding is greatly improved, the data of bellow moulding technique is obtained. |
