浅谈铁路建设项目投资控制方法

研究目的:研究如何做好项目投资控制管理的问题。研究方法:结合作者参与国家基建大型工程建设项目的实践经验,从建设项目开工前的准备工作到项目的招投标和施工过程中的投资控制,以及相对应的财务运作步骤等几个方面进行具体的分析。研究结果:提出了一种对铁路建设项目进行综合管理的投资控制方法。研究结论:对铁路建设项目进行全流程的投资控制,有利于控制投资、降低项目建设工程成本,提高管理水平。

Comments on Control Method of Investment in Railway Construction Project

Research purposes: The purposes are to do research on how to control the investment in railway construction project.Research methods:In combination with the practical experiences in large-sized construction projects of state capital construction,the concrete analysis is made of the aspects of the capital control and financial operation steps during the period from the preparation work for the project to the courses of bidding and construction.Research results:An overall control method of capital investment in railway construction project is proposed.Research conclusions:Investment control in the entire procedures of railway construction project is helpful to control of investment,reducing the construction cost and improving the management level.
