江苏省交通空中应急救援网络布局规划研究

交通空中应急救援因其响应速度快、机动能力强、救援范围广、救援效果好,已成为最有效的救援方式。针对目前全球灾难频发以及我国连续发生的地震、冰雪灾害和重大交通事故的现状,在参考发达国家航空应急救援发展特点和经验基础上,分析了江苏省建设航空应急救援网络的基础条件和需求特征,研究并提出了全省交通空中应急救援基础设施空间布局方案,为全省应急救援体系规划建设提供支撑。
