路网混合均衡交通分配模型研究

摘    要:在先进的出行者信息系统下,假定有装置出行者能接收到完全信息并以用户最优方式选择出行时间最短的路径,而无装置出行者仅有部分信息并以随机方式选择出行时间更长的路径。基于路网混合均衡建模理论,构建了信息影响下的路网混合均衡交通分配模型,证明了该数学规划模型解的等价性,设计了模型求解算法,并进行了算例计算与分析。

Abstract:Under the influence of advanced traveler information system(ATIS),it is supposed that drivers equipped with an ATIS will receive complete information and find the minimum travel time routes in a user optimal manner,while drivers unequipped with an ATIS will have only incomplete information and find longer travel time routes in a stochastic manner.Based on the network mixed equilibrium approach,a mixed network equilibrium model is established.The equivalence of the equivalent mathematic planning model is also proved.A correspondent algorithm is designed for the model and computation is carried out by the algorithm.
